Meanwhile, in the Colorado Rockies...

Our classmate – and my fellow Marine bro – Steve Oien could not attend our 50th reunion, July 9-11, 2015, because he was in Estes, Colo., for the Oien family vacation. Nine of the 10 family members were there. Steve's son-in-law is deployed to Afghanistan. (Yes, keep him in your prayers; Afghanistan can be a dangerous place.) Steve hopes to be in Lebanon, Ill., next year to help us host the Class of 1966 at the 2016 Lebanon Community High School Golden Reunion.
